Viking Range Cookers
Viking range cookers are everything you might expect from a brand with such a high reputation for integrity and sheer cooking power. All models feature heavy-duty, porcelainised one-piece hotplates and same-size burners with VariSimmer, for controlled cooking from 1.2 to 4.8Kw, and porcelainised cast iron pan supports designed to allow you to slide pans around like a true professional. Ignition is controlled via the reassuringly chunky metal control knobs, with automatic ignition/re-ignition and electronic flame safety devices (FSD) as standard.
The very large capacity ovens a smaller oven on the left gives you extra cooking capacity when you need it offer a variety of cooking functions for full cooking flexibility, including Viking's TruConvec system which uses only the rear element and fan to ensure no cross-over flavours between dishes. A Rapid Ready pre-heat system provides one of the fastest preheat times in the industry. Quadruple-glazed doors and all-round high-density insulation add up to maximum energy efficiency, cool doors and quiet operation. For professional grilling performance, an extra large GourmetGlo glass-enclosed infrared ribbon grill provides fast, high power and easy cleaning, and as an extra luxury an automatic pyrolytic cleaning system ensures your oven interiors stay looking like new.
The features do not stop there, and you can choose from an array of hotplate configurations, with solid steel griddle/simmer plates and a clever char-grills as optional features. Viking Built-in Ovens
Similarly impressive in construction and performance, Viking built-in ovens share many of the features of the range cookers offers Rapid Ready super-fast pre-heating, pyrolytic cleaning and quadruple glazed doors. The 76cm electric multifunction EVESO130 model offers all the oven and grill functions you need, along with 116 usable litres of oven space, and the ultra-premium EVESO5301 goes a little further with an electronic temperature probe, three halogen lights , a ceramic 10-pass grill and telescopic oven shelves. The 90cm EVGSO166 gas model offers 93 litres and 4.4kW gas burners for a very high rate of temperature rise and recovery. Viking’s Gourmet-Glo infrared grill reaches 800°C sing a 5.3kW burner, and the oven cavity is lined with removable porcelain liners for easier cleaning.
Additional SteamConvect combi ovens in 60 and 76cm formats offer truly professional steam and convection cooking, with Viking ThermaFresh warming drawers and storage compartments completing the built-in range.
