Falcon's Efficiently Spacious 900S

Single cavity range cookers offer luxuriously spacious cooking capacity, but there can be a price to pay when it comes to energy efficiency. Falcon have cleverly addressed this in the form of their new 900S model, which offers the advantages of a huge 106 cubic metre oven when the occasion arises, and the ability to divide this in two for everyday purposes.
In either guise, the oven is A-rated for energy efficiency, but a smaller space obviously heats up more quickly and operates more efficiently than a large one!
Falcon call this their E.S.P. system (energy saving panel), which makes the right hand cavity into the main seven-function oven, with the adjacent cavity acting as a warming space for plates or prepared food. The Falcon 900S looks great too, with its impressive single drop-down door, and offers all the other advantages you would expect from a Falcon range cooker.
What we think: A nicely innovative touch from the designers at Falcon, whose catering heritage certainly shows through in the form of this capable new product.
